Building on Diversity Matters!

There are many good reasons for companies to increase gender diversity in their work force. Increased gender diversity can be a business boost in addition to being socially “the right thing to do”. The potential positive impacts apply to individual organizations and to a nation. Organizations succeed when they make the best use of all the skills available, whatever the background of the individuals (age, gender, education etc.)
