Katri Heinäsuo, Learning & Development Manager, Group HR, Wärtsilä.
Katri Heinäsuo has worked in Wärtsilä since 2006 in the field of competence management & development and is currently responsible for global, project management related learning solutions, and additionally provides competence development support for different strategic initiatives and programs. She also has earlier experience from the education & research field from Vaasa University, Department of Management.
Katri has been part of Wärtsilä´s corporate project management office since 2008. Project Management capability development continues to be very much in focus in Wärtsilä with people development as an important part of it. Katri will speak about productive and lean learning, the different learning needs of individuals in a global company connected to the diversity elements, and how to support and speed-up knowledge transfer via formal learning solutions.
