Kirsi has successfully carried out managerial communications and sustainability positions with an international focus at Stora Enso, Metsä-Botnia, Uponor and Helvar Merca Group. Driven by challenges and transformation in multicultural environments, Kirsi played an active role in Stora Enso Pathbuilders’ programme (2012-2013) and is currently participating in Stora Enso’s Pathbreakers’ programme (2015). She is a member of Stora Enso’s Biomaterials division management team since March 2012.
Lars is passionate about driving transformation of companies by focusing on leadership and culture. Currently Executive Vice President and member or Leadership team at Stora Enso, Lars previously occupied HR management positions in several large corporations (Nordea, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly & Co) in different parts of the world.
