Keynote: Jazz strategy – a way to inspire engaging leadership
The Jazz Strategy session is one of the most powerful ways to illustrate strategy execution. In particular, it shows very clearly the importance of leadership in letting competence shine.
- The session shows clearly how the quality of strategy execution depends on leadership.
- A team of professional jazz musicians demonstrate how top down vs. bottom-up approaches work in a live situation.
- Leadership effectiveness is a dynamic process where all musicians in the band are contributors.
- The session is very interactive, as the audience participates in planning and formulating strategy, as well as in analyzing strategy and leadership.
Great experience! Bringing in band and observing them working together gave a good possibility to associate to business.
